Delivery & Return
  • Delivery Charges

    We are happy to deliver anywhere within Hong Kong.

    For outside Hong Kong please send us your wish list and we will get back to you.

    Delivery charges vary depending on the type of products ordered and the service you select and cannot be refunded

    Location (Hong Kong and Kowloon side) is free of charge for purchases over $ 5,000.

    Charges for Discovery Bay and Island will have to depends on the items

    Delivery within Hong Kong, within 10 working days.


    The expected delivery times are estimates only. INSIDE will not be liable to you for any loss or damage.

    If there is no one at the delivery address to receive the Product, the Product will be returned to INSIDE warehouse.

    Orders placed within Hong Kong or goods shipped to a Hong Kong residence are subject to the Hong Kong GST. Orders placed outside Hong Kong may be subject to the relevant taxes and duties applicable to the jurisdiction from which the order was placed.


    Return & Exchange Policy

    Return:

    You must notify INSIDE by email sales@inside.com.hk to obtain a "Return ID number", or please call INSIDE Customer Services Help-Line on a Business Day between 10.00AM to 5.30PM (HK Standard Time) on: +852 2873 1795

    You must provide a "proof of purchase" being either an invoice, bank statement, email confirmation from INSIDE, or delivery note.

    You must return the Product to the following address:

    You must return the Product in its original condition.

    Return will be accepted within 15 days of receiving the Product

    It would be desirable that you return the Product with the original all packaging intact.

    You are responsible for the cost of the shipment of the Product.



    Exchange:

    Exchanges are only possible if the item is available.

    Returns by You for faulty or damaged Product

    Exchange will be accepted within 15 days of receiving the Product

    Product can only be exchanged once.

    Exchange will not be accepted on items in any way used, unprofessionally, cleaned & damaged or altered. INSIDE reserves the right to determine the above mentioned conditions

    You must provide a "proof of purchase" being either an invoice, bank statement, email confirmation from INSIDE, or delivery note.
